Mike just talked to a young man that was all upset claiming we have not replaced his knife he sent in under warranty. Problem is he did not send in a warranty form or tracking number as required. He claimed he sent the knife back but we have no way of knowing and now he's all bent out of shape expecting us to take him on his word that he returned a knife. After Mike talked to him and refused to replace this phantom knife, he said he was going to go on Bladeforums and let everyone know how we treated him. 
It's pretty simple folks: we warranty the knives (even from the idiots who throw them or grind on them) but you have to follow the SIMPLE warranty rules found on our web site to get it replaced.
