Weights and Fitness Challenge: February

200 light reps to wake up. 32 to date. Not sure if I will have time to work out much over the next couple days. We will see...
 
I got in a military-press-based workout last night.

Light reps - 241 = 2.41
Medium - 122 = 2.44

2-6 BSPs: 4.85

Current Total BSPs: 15.44
 
61.05 BSP to date.

10.16 BSP for the day. My hands started bleeding from ripped calluses (should have shaved them down more), so I had to stop. Kettlebell got too slippery to be safe.

71.21 BSP to date.
 
Pounding them out, Qeth! I'll get back into it Monday and try to catch up. Had to go out of town for an emergency, which put a damper on my workout plans.

Trying to hit it as hard as I can, though I think it's over training at this point. Hope your emergency situation straightens out.
 
Blech, I got a cold a couple days ago, which has slowed me down. At least I have a deadlifting workout to quantify:

Light reps - 223 = 2.23
Medium reps - 43 = 0.86
Heavy - 4 = 0.16
Very Heavy - 2 = 0.13

2/8 BSPs: 3.38

Current Total BSPs: 18.82
 
I got in a great upper-body workout last night.

Qeth warm-up = 1
Light reps - 390 = 3.9
Medium reps - 86 = 1.72
Heavy reps - 16 = 0.64
Very heavy reps - 2 = 0.13

2/11 BSPs: 7.39
