Welcome "Buck Knives Inc."

Hope you will represent a more active presence by the Buck factory here.

Do you have a real name or will you be incognito? :):):)
I know his name based on my email communication with him in dealing with my 110 TRX issues but I will not "out him". Its up to him to introduce himself if he wants. In fact it may be an entire customer service team that monitors the forum and who responds is just luck of the draw for all I know.

I can say the customer service attention to my issue from Buck was epic; fast, professional, polite and effective! Without a doubt makes me happy to have chosen this manufacturer to collect.

Thank you, I hope to be an active participant on this forum. Jeff will still be around but for now you'll just get me. My name is Matt Smit, I am the Customer Service Manager at Buck Knives. I manage our Warranty Dept. ,Customer Service, and factory store here in Post Falls. I might have some of the Customer Service team answers questions from time to time but hope I can keep up.

Welcome to the group, Matt (and team)!

I think you'll find that the regulars here really, really LOVE Buck Knives and your products.

Matt Clinton Meier LM 1209..I have collected and chased odd 112's since 2007. I just wanted to ask you if you can drop a box of drop point 112 blades off at the Custom shop so that those of us who REALLY like and want that blade style in a new Custom can have it..Thanks!!!

*cough* 301s *cough*
Yes! I'd love to see the 300's in the custom shop!

While we're making custom shop requests, I promise to buy an irresponsible number of 417's if they could be configured like the Spitfires.

I am on a newly formed committee to discuss what we can and should add to our custom shop as well as remove. We have some big plans for the Custom Shop this year. I am advocating for a drop point 112 to be added to the custom shop. bucksway bucksway I have spoken to you on the phone and promise this is being addressed. I don't want to say never but the 300's are a long shot. We have almost completely wore out the tooling for these models and when we run the numbers on the 300's the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
