lol .. you haven't been around much lately. Some Runts have gone 5 to 10 min before getting claimed due to the hot/desired models/configs popping up.
 
Highly functional pieces of art. I just got my first Fiddleback in, a Patch, after watching Andy make knives for a long time. I'm so ready to get another one! If looking at them makes you want one, just wait until you hold one!

For me, it's kind of like a Chris Reeve Sebenza or a nice watch. Once you hold them in your hand, you'll definitely get it. There are others out there that cut or tell time, but very few that make you smile every single time you interact.

I'd suggest you keep hunting your grail, but maybe pick up a used one in the Flea Market and see what they are all about. I can't imagine you'd lose any money if you waited somewhat patiently for the right bargain in the Flea Market and did a user flip if you don't fall in love.
 
Last I checked there were a handful of nice Kepharts out there on the dealer sites. I'm in your boat with the Woodsman, I think that's my favorite of the large models.

I was kind of surprised by some of the collections that these guys have of Andy's knives, but now that I've held one I completely understand.
 
Haha! it would have to be the right Woodsman and I think I'm a little more picky than you on what I want. I've got some others on my list! :thumbup:

Have you tried the Duke? I think that I like the Duke slightly better.



 
I have not tried any of the big knives, I just got my first and it's a Patch. I like the blade shape of the Woodsman a little more but I've definitely looked at some of the Dukes. Who knows what I'll end up with!
 
Potentially, yes. Sometimes there are group shots and some of them might not be posted in the Friday sale.
