I have a change 'vote box' in the lower right corner of the voting ballot...I think you can.I would take any option! The more I think the smooth bone with beveled edges...the more I wish I voted for it...
I posted this a few pages back to put out some feelers for parchment bone that was used on the original run of ancient TC's. Reposting here - I believe this is an example of smooth bone with beveled edges.Does anyone have a pic of what a smoothie beveled bone handle would look like?
I think we could see another two hundred voters yet based on the last poll. It’s close right now.
many option will look awesome!
In antique yellow as suggested by JohnDF .

Thanks for the pics, Jack!!
That's a nice Black Cherry, cbr1000!I voted Smooth with a bevel, but if we go sawcut... the TC14 with the Black Plum Cherry sawcut with wane would be super cool. The Wane (I think that's what Charlie decided to call it?) is kinda like an unfinished sawcut. You can see on this 14 that the sawcut is not even. Okay, I'm sorry for mucking up this thread. Going back to watching this play out....

Really? I say we go for "bile yellow" and give it a sassy blade etch, like... "The Ol' Call-edge Tri".Stomach bile yellow doesn’t belong on a knife.
I'm 90% certain that Charlie wasn't alive during the production of "old" barlows, but you'd never know it to hear him talk. That's a nice Black Cherry, cbr1000!
"Wane" means the thickness of the material tapers off, or is below spec!! Yours is a perfect example!! Like old Barlows, the "discards" were used for that "cheapest"of knives!!
