What’s the heaviest folding knife you carry?

And they say the art of conversation is dead. You know this is a discussion forum right? What I’ve been carrying in pocket almost tripled in weight since I started carrying my Hinderer, and I wanted to see the range of what others consider comfortable. Thanks for the cheerful response though!

My CS 4Max or 4Max Scout are probably the heaviest folders that I carry on occasion, but of my more regularly carried knives, it’s probably the SHF, CS AD15 and AD10.

Scarab 2 probably? But i also carry a multi tool, in sheath with a pen and flashlight. Im about 6'6 so ive never paid much attention to weight in regards to EDC.

4Max Scout is my heaviest folder (10.2 oz). I don’t regularly carry one (I have 2), but do occasionally just because it makes me smile and laugh being so overly built.

I would probably stop at the folding swords that Cold Steel puts out, but anything before that is fair game to me.

Mostly under4 oz, and usually considerably under, since I usually am in shorts. With jeans I could go to 4.8 oz..I don't like carrying around a brick in my pocket.

Very nice! Grayman was my gateway drug into knives beyond the big manufacturers. I really wish they were still around.

I hadn’t realized they’d shut down completely until you mentioned it. That is quite sad to read.
I’m glad I was able to snag a couple of Satus and fixed blades from them when I did.

The Cold Steel XL Espada G10 is 14.8oz , the more premium aluminum bolster version is 16oz .

I have carried the G10 version , but not routinely . As the name implies , it's a folding short sword .

Got this one on the way. It’s 6.15oz. and I was on the fence about buying it due to the 6oz cutoff weight I usually abide by. This will pair well with my Assaucalypse so I had to buy it.
