I will carry anything.Used to carry a Benchmade Rukus as my EDC and I never felt it In my pocket.
In my opinion....Nutnfancy is the one who started the whole weight thing. I remember maybe 15 years ago no one cared until he put it into his videos....it's not a 3 pound handgun. With 2 extra mags.....Also your pocket clip acts like a quality Backpack. It puts the weight in the right spot. It's not 6 oz sitting at the bottom of your pocket.
