What’s Your Favorite LARGE EDC Folder? Need Suggestions for 4” Blades….

I only a few 4”+ folders and only a few sub 3” folders.I prefer my folders to be in the 3”-3 1/2”..I have a Cold Steel 4 Max,a Cold Steel AD-10,Cold Steel AD-15,Cold Steel Recon 1,a Bestech Swordfish and a Spyderco Military.I love them all but my favorite would definitely be the Spyderco Military.the Spyderco Paramilitary 2 is my personal favorite EDC knife and it has been ever since I bought my first one years ago.as far as I’m concerned,it’s about as close to the perfect EDC folding knife as it gets.I definitely have one of my PM2s on me far more than any other knife in my collection.with me being such a huge fan of the PM2,it’s only natural that I also have a lot of love for the Military and the Para 3..unlike my 4Max,AD-10,AD-15 and Recon 1,the Military and Swordfish are much more comfortable to carry as they are a slimmer designs and not quite as bulky as my Cold Steel knives

I’ve been considering buying one of these for a while now.I personally think they look awesome but I really want to feel it in hand before I pull the trigger.guess I need to quit messing around and make the 1 1/2 hour drive to SMKW

Good idea to actually handle this model before you buy. Despite the odd shape, the handle on the 4" version is quite comfy for me, but the rear bottom portion of the handle (the area just below where the pocket clip mounts) on the smaller 3.5" model dug into my pinky, so I parted with that one. The 4" version is substantially larger in every dimension than the 3.5.

What a cool blade!. Love the classic fixed blade handle design. Which manufacturer?
Hey! Thanks man. It’s a custom Kevin foster swordfish. He’s a great maker and a very respectable person overall. His stuff usually sells in lotteries or at his table at blade show. He does have some stuff on recon one as well. He learned to make knives from Tom Mayo. Great quality blades.
