What a Car!!!

And here are my trucks, The 66 is getting a little loose, so I picked up the F-150 for the road.

Can't go wrong with the STi; that's what I would have if I drove a car. I need a pickup so instead I drive this:

Pretty much stock except the bed liner, 15" black steelies, and ~2.5" ARB lift.

Knice ride! Pretty much my dream pickup. I want a crewcab for my crew though. After that I'll do an FLSTF, a 55 Nomad and a 66 Cobra:rolleyes: . Right now I have a 94 Ranger with more in tires than truck.:o

Traded my 987 Boxster in for this a couple weeks ago.

Here's my ride-
batmobile.jpg

I need to trade up. The smoke screen quit working years ago and I ran out of surface to air missles in the late '70's. And with the litigiousness of our society I don't dare use the oil slick feature, the environmentalist woudl crawl up my a$$. Babes love it tho'.

I used to have fun cars. My cars just deliver me to the fun, now. Toyota Previa AWD van... yep, the one that looks like a jellybean. The upside is that the Yakima racks allow room for bikes and kayaks. I've done some serious sleeping in it on road trips, too. Pull over, close the curtains, go to sleep. It's a short walk to the bathroom from bed. ;)

(Only pic I've got...)

Rather ugly...

... but it works for bashing about the backcountry in the Cascades.

Oh; and I just HATE getting stuck :( !!

Yeah, sweet! I'm not a fan of owning double cabs, but that's a great lookin' T(u)RD!

With the price of gas.. i'm glad i have my hybrid truck.

Really good for the environment.. especially when i carpool with my homeboys.
Excellent gas mileage.. but for quarter mile runs.. i can crank it up to 2 oxe power..

Hope it works, getting the pic. in... Anyway: what you see here is my ride: thirsty, noisy, smelly, aerodynamics of a pavement tile, but: has an Impreza for breakfast and in spite of its 20 years, still does 150 mph before the rev-limiter cuts in...

It has been great seeing people's favorite knives and hearing, I mean reading what they had to say on the subject. Another area where we show our true colors is, I believe, cars. So....what do you guys drive, or what is the best car you ever had? Mine is my present automobile. I really like it and when it dies I do not know what the hell I am gonna do except maybe find another. A few years ago I bought a 1997 Ford Thunderbird Limited Edition, 8 cylinders. Great Car!!!! I love the le's This isn't my car. Mine is Black with gray leather

NICE T-BIRD!

I would love to have one of those with a 5.0 V-8. If i ever find one for sale, id buy it. Id sell my kidney if I had too!

Same story for the Cougar XR-7. If i could find one of the few with the 5.0 instead of the 4.6 most of them have, id jump on that as well.

what is it?

i need to be on the lookout so i don't get eaten for breakfast ;)

Yernom, thanks for getting the picture in!
I wouldn't be too worried if I were you, most of these cars have already fallen apart ages ago, few of them remain. It's a Maserati BiTurbo 420 Si, mine was built in '86. It has a tiny 2.0 litre V6 engine, 18 valves, 2 tiny IHI oil-cooled turbochargers and twin intercoolers, and has a 5 speed dog-leg manual gearbox. It delivers 225 bhp, about 250Nm of torque, making it do 0-62 Mph in about 6.0 seconds. Downside of this it drinks about 16 litres/60 miles (don't know how miles to the gallon that would be...). As far as handling is concerned: compared to your Impreza, this car's a joke! An unsuspecting driver can easily get backwards on a highway exit. Great for drifting though!

Here's my bad mamma-jamma. 2006 Scion XB. (not mine exactly, but mine looks identical). I love it. Not much power, but my commute's only 4 minutes, and the stereo is great. Though it's only an inch or so longer than a Mini Cooper, there's a ton of room inside. 30+ MPG.

I ride the bike in the summer

This car in the winter

Yes it is a real SiR and it is pretty cool.

This is my project car.
