VERY SHARP PICK-UP! Who would not like it??

Hey Paddling Man,
You're right, they were exported to the US as well, slightly modified. Back on the Continent, emission regulations weren't as strickt as they were/are in the US. Untill the erly 90's, these cars didn't have a katalyst. Also did the US version features a 2,5 litre engine, instead of 2,0 litres. In Italy, VAT on cars almost doubles if the cilinder content is over 2,0 litres, so mine is a typical "homeland-version". Due to the katalyst power output is slightly lower (I made a little error on the torque btw: 250lb/ft instead of Nm), 188bhp instead of 225. Still, it's a fairly light car, so even with a katalyst, it goes like stink!

Currently have 6. Daily drivers are either a 2005 Ford Ranger 4X4, or a 2003 VW Turbo Jetta. Wife collects Mustangs, a 1992 LX with 5.0 and a 5 speed with 30,000 original miles, we bought it new, never been in snow, a 2001 GT, and a 2006 GT. My baby is a 1969 SS 396, 375 hp Chevelle, bought it in 1971.

look at the ugly ricer i would take you to with my straight 5 "hahaha ricer i bet you have one of the stupid muffler tips"

The STi is 300 horses, high 12's low 13's and easily made to go faster. It's a fast car.

But all cars are kinda slow. My rice would blow the doors off your turd from 0-170.

'05 zx-10r, jetted/full exhaust/timing advance. Mine's in storage for the winter, but a black/black version of this.
9.87@150.3mph. :o

As a motorcyclist, I am required to consider all cages to be boring. The only permitted exception is the pickup truck, which is designated as the bike limo when needed. Being the type of personality I am, I of course went whole-hog and got the 3/4-ton long bed version of the Dodge QuadCab. You can see the nose of it in this shot of me and the son getting ready to take the LeMans for a spin:

Note to self: Never buy a used vehicle from 808jimmy :D

That is a cool van.
Love the Motoguzzi and I really want to see some pics of the Black on black Ninja. 100MPH in first gear! I would like to see some gas guzzling muscle car match that?

This is my favorite ride. Other than my 2000 Ford F150 4x4 w/off road package. It's a 2006 Polaris Sportsman 800. It joined my Sportsman 500 last fall just before my knee surgery and it's only got about 60 miles on it right now. The pic was taken at "Red Top" which is an old iron ore mine waste rock pile in Aurora, the next town over. I was out just before Christmas. Was tired of being cooped up so I had the knee brace and the cane and got out for an afternoon.

I've got a 1977 Cutlass "S" Grand Olds Guys LE, second owner, everybody knows it, it's Larry's moms car, and I've heard the stories.

Mine is still silver w/ a red half landau top, with a crown victoria strip. Rocket 350-R motor, it's got 210,000 on it and I drive it everyday. Get 16 MPG around town and 22 @ highway speeds.

This isn't it, I don't have a decent picture of it, found this on the net, he repainted it, and flipped the colors.

I sold a low mileage 1979 Cutlass Supreme Brougham last week :(, hey, I've got to eat, and I don't want to sell any knives till I have too.

Here's the 79, you can see the 77 in the background.

Cutlass_1.jpg

I had this EXACT same car, down to the color (the brown '79, mine was a '78), the only difference is that the wheels were painted to match. 44,000 miles on it, my Grandma's car - she gave it to me before she passed away. Anyways, I put new tires, belts, plugs, wires, battery on it, and kept it in Grandma's garage - it had a miss, so I didn't drive it as I was still working on it. After she passed away, and my Aunt told me that they were auctioning the place, and said she was going to sell my car. I was a college student living on campus at the time, had no where to keep it, so agreed to the auction, and signed over the title. My only request was that my aunt took my tools out of the trunk. Well, my Auny auctioned the cutlass, w/ my tools in it, and I didn't see a dime of it! I didn't want to start a family fued, so I didn't make a big deal of it, but I miss that car EVERY DAY!! I guess you win some, and lose some! What a great/horrible memory that picture was! Thanks Jimmy for the mixed memory...!

That's what I have except extended cab, not double... Indestructible. don't know if I'm going to replace mine with another truck, or a ricer. I love 0-60 in five seconds but it's hard to go back to a car after you buy a truck.
