Nice stag on the pile side of this Colt muskrat (the mark side probably has equivalent stag, but the shield detracts IMHO):

High-class scrimshaw by r8shell on both sides of this Rough Rider small stockman, but the pile side is definitely my favorite:

I've always like the pile-side stag on this Tuna Valley moose pattern a lot more than the other side. The mark-side is rather bland in comparison.
