I don't know if the original film even has the resolution for it, but heck, is it even available on Blu Ray? Dragons Forever and Wheels on Meals are 2 of my favorite JC movies, simply for the fights with Benny The Jet Urquidez.

***Both are out on BD! Ordered and arriving tomorrow! 😲
WOOHOO! Thanks for the heads up! 😃

They were originally on film, so a 4K release is inevitable for all the movies. Dragons Forever just got a new HDR grading and reviews say it's really good.

Now I need the Police Story trilogy, Wheels on Meals, Project A and the Operation Condor movies when they remaster them.

Don't think I've ever seen it.

Just looked on Netflix/DVD Rentals and they don't have it yet and there's no listing to enable me to "save" it to my rental queue.

Looked on eBay and BluRay copies are available for $22+. It's available on AMZN on BluRay for $30 and VHS for $22. Don't want to watch it that badly, so, I'll just put it on my "to watch" list and keep and eye out for it. 🤷‍♂️

Watched "She Said" last night and I liked it.

It's a movie shot from the perspective of the investigative reporters who reported on Weinstein's sh*tty behavior, who is now paying for it because of the legal actions arising from their report.

More on the lines of Spotlight, All The President's Men and the Post involving the difficulties the reporters faced finding and printing the facts regarding a controversial topic that powerful people wanted to cover up.

Worth watching IMO.

We watched “The Menu” the other night and I have to say, it was good in a strange way. I hadn’t seen any previews for it, never heard of it in fact and 20 or so minutes in, I was asking why we were watching it, then all hell broke loose. The ending was a little strange but overall we enjoyed it for a movie night on the couch.

It's one of the best HK action films of all time starring 3 of the best martial artists to come out of HK. It also has a fight that routinely makes the list of best movie fights of all time.

Unfortunately, HK cinema is no more due to China taking over.

After watching the trailer, I'm not sure I'd like it but I'll still look for it.

Frankly, I like more serious and classically styled gung fu movies like "Ip Man," "Once Upon a Time in China" & "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon." However, I do have a copy of the farcical "Kung Fu Hustle" that I like too.

Pale Blue Eye tonight, will report back. I dont usually regret any movie Bale stars in.
Pale Blue Eye was a pretty good movie in my opinion, albeit quite dark. I mean, it was no Lars von Trier, but along those lines. Netflix has been upping their game the last couple years. Also, taking this opportunity to throw a plug for The Witcher out there. That show is sweet!

Looks interesting.

Do you have to have a paid "Peacock" subscription to watch beyond the first episode? I had already registered in the past on Peacock but never used the account.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I assume you do on Peacock but it may be available on other platforms (I know Acorn has a lot of Brit shows).

Watching it right now. "The Mess" course was where I said "WTF!"
