What Becker would you make?

I could get into a saber ground 11/14.

It's been done.

Not to get up in your grill, and I do love the BK&T line and own more than a few, but all knives can break, even high quality tools. Witness some of the BK9's that have broken, some of them made by Ka-Bar. The BOB is also made from 1095 high carbon steel, and while I don't know their heat treat method, they stand behind their tools with a lifetime warranty; TOPS, like Ka-Bar, also has their tools in the field all over the world being used by servicemen and women and first responders. In my experience, it's a great knife, and for users with bigger hands it's a viable alternative to the 16, which is really what DOC CANADA was wishing for. And, I've batoned through a bit of twisty sugar maple with no damage, not even on the piece that I hit buried laundry line hardware in.....but I didn't get a video. I did have to sharpen out a little nick, though.

This just one example.

I'd love a knife made of 1095 or O1 steel with a 5.5" drop point blade (BK16 but longer), sharp 90° spine, a true Scandi grind and a Becker 'Tweener' grip!
