What BIG Blade Tac Folders Do You Like?

The CRKT M21 is probably the largest folder I own...with a blade right at 4 inches. The thing is a tank, and very affordably priced. Picked mine up for about $35 on sale a while back. Behind that is my first gen. Byrd Cara Cara...blade comes in at just shy of 4". The 2nd gen. models have a slightly shorter blade, for some reason. Excellent knives though.

Which CRKT M21 model did you get? There's so many of them I can't figure out which one's which and what the best ones are?

Mine does, yes, takes some getting used to, but seems to function fine.
I got the Desert SF with veff serrations, wish it was plain blade, but it's a working knife.

true, but then so would the 710 be. blade is just under 4", not talking cutting edge, and it has mass. plus who doesn't look cooler with a leather sheath on their hip? although i cheated and put a clip on mine

I love the 110, but I don't think it really qualifies a "tac folder" since it can't be opened very easily with one hand...unless you get the auto conversion.
It seems the discussion is of tac type folders with blades of 4" or longer.

I was considering the Spyderco Police 3 but then the Resilience came out. The blade is 4.25" versus the Police 4.375", both weigh 5 ounces (spec on the Resilience is 5.4 but mine is 5.0), both have G10 scales, the Resilience deploys faster, and it is one third the cost!
