  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

What Buck are you carrying today?

NKD. I love this one.

Those Slim pros are really nice knives. I had one but it was kinda to slim for heavier work for my old arthritic hands so I gave it to my son. He uses it sometimes but since he got the botm marksman 20cv that’s his usual carry. Lol.

I have to confess...I didn't like the idea of putting a pocket clip on a 110. I also didn't like a thumbstud on a 110. I still don't, but that's on a regular production 110. Also, I don't like etched logo/tang stamp, or etching in general.

This 110 Slim Pro is not a regular production 110. It's shaped something like a production 110, but it is different. No bolsters, micarta frame/covers, blade shape, S30 V and size(slim).

I bought this off the Buck Knives For Sale sub forum about a week or so ago and have been carrying almost every day since I received it.

I'm beginning to warm up to it. It won't replace my regular production 110, especially for heavier tasks, but it sure does carry nice. I cut up some thick cardboard a few days ago and with my weak arthritic hands it was difficult. Don't know if the regular 110 would have been better, because I manned up a toughed it out.

Carrying these today. I decided to put the 110 Pro Plus with S35VN and a competitor's assisted D2 steel into a friendly competition today. For those with keen eyes I promise that I did NOT open the new delivery from Buck with the non-Buck knife. That would have been sacrilege!

The Pro Plus rides nicely in my right front pocket using the clip but I like how the Mini Barrage sits loose in the left pocket.
