What Buck are you carrying today?

Flat grind 309 and a 4 dot 110 with a slightly bent tip and a small chip toward the tip. Funny story about the 110, it was my uncle's knife and the bent tip and chip were put there by my cousin and I back in the late 80s pretending to be Bo and Luke Duke.

I may send the 110 in to see if Buck can straighten the tip when I get around to sending in some other family Bucks for SPA.

Has anyone had any luck with Buck straightening a tip? It's not a bad bend, I would imagine they could fix it easily enough.

It's not my knife, so it's really none of my business, but as long as it's usable, I'd let that 110 just the way it is. There's a story & some memories there.

wow! What is that palm wood? Beautiful
Thank you! But no, that is KOA wood. It's striking in person and the knife is still in stock for BCCI members in the store. It's currently my favorite Buck knife. :)

Here's a copy and paste of the description from the website:

Imported sheath. Clip point. KOA figure wood handle.
Brass. 440C original shape blade. Two-line "Buck USA" blade script.
