Being a mini trapper fan myself I absolutely love that one.👍

The trusty 110 and my "pest control" tool on a beautiful cool morning here in the high desert. View attachment 2971149
Nice looking 110, and "pest control tool". Just curious, what types of pests do you run into out there? Here in north Alabama, we have coyotes, eastern diamondbacks, and the occasional bobcat. Armadillos are a thing here now, and a real problem if you keep a garden. Thats about all. Thanks!

Good morning MR,

Gosh we have about 50+ chickens, ducks, etc which are free range primarily. So coyotes are always something I've got an eye out for each evening and early morning. During the day I swap from buckshot to #6 birdshot for the rodent ground squirrels that we were inundated with this year. Stealing feed and burrowing into everything, getting into our RV, etc. So the old H&R 12ga is a constant companion when outside working and feeding. Feral stray dogs that people dump out here in the country is something we occasionally have also.

PS: my son lived in the Huntsville area for awhile. I sure do like Alabama from what I saw in my visits there. :)
