What Buck are you carrying today?

Ok, so I took the picture off the wall to take this photo. It only seemed fitting considering today is the 50th anniversary of the sinking of the Big Fitz.

The pic is pretty cool, and it's signed by Gordon Lightfoot and the artist David Conklin. I had to have it.
I like the knife too.😁

My good friend in HS went on to work on the frieghters, and he has some great stories.

Anyways,
I salute those guys. It's not an easy job, being away so much. .....if you do make it home.

This Buck 110 from 1988 was my hunting companion yesterday. In the mid-late 1980’s my company bought and operated a vinyl siding plant, so I sold vinyl siding (along with other building materials) - these knives were a customer promotional item back then.
