Excellent series! Whiting looks delicious.Kind of a mega-post but I've spent the last two weekends camping and fishing. March surf fishing is probably my favorite as the big whiting come into the surf in large numbers. The intercoastal waterway also starts to hold mangrove snapper. I like to cook whole fish and my favorite knife for both scaling/gutting/processing fish is my buck D2 Buck 118. A buck bantam is my car knife and I forgot to bring anything else suitable so that ended up being one of the cast members for the trips as well.
