What Buck are you carrying today?

For now, my 500 Duke, even though I don't really like it all that much.😀 I think it might be time to let it go to a new owner....

Happy Easter! On the road again..

I had this and a regular Budgie at different times. I liked them, but never really found myself carrying them unless I consciously chose to.

But seeing the Mango one from time to time on here makes me smile.

Cerakote gets a bad rap sometimes, and I do dislike the pointless cerakote (grey on a stainless steel, etc), but I appreciate fun color combinations on limited runs like this.

I like a small lightweight knife when traveling, with a clip on it so it doesn’t slide out of my pocket while I’m driving. My mini range pro would work except I dulled the edge in some hard use recently. I went in the drawer for my mini bugout but I saw the mango bird sitting there and it was an easy choice. It’s a fun knife!

Just got this and have been carrying it the last few days. I like it. I'm trying to decide whether to leave it like it is or put some stag scales on it.

I got that very same one about a month ago. I Prefer my clip points for etc use, but that big stout drop point goes in pocket when I'm out doing work. You'd have to work at breaking off that tip!

Indeed! I carry a 110 more often then not and I prefer a clip point on that bigger knife. But there is something about the drop point 112. I like that combo more than I ever thought I would. I saw that they were now offering them in S35V and decided to snag one while they were still available.

It's a damned handsome knife with that beast of a blade, those nickel bolsters against the black covers. Mine has the S30V blade.

I wouldn’t change a thing on that knife if it were mine. Some Stag scales would be great but I would use a different 112 for that. That one is just too dang nice.

At this point I am in agreement with you. I have rescaled most of my 112s and many of my 110s. I like the look and basic function of the rivets on the ebony of this 112. You can’t see it from my picture but the wood has some subtle color variations. The more I use it, the more I think I will leave this one just as it left the factory. It’s pretty close to perfect.
