What Buck are you carrying today?

My EDC today is this 112 with natural Canvas Micarta handle, finger grooves and a Magnacut blade, with natural leather sheath. Technically I guess I'm also EDC'ing the Buck 283 that is always on my keychain.

The mixed lot of antler handle pieces that I bought off eBay arrived yesterday and I completed the re-handle on my 119 last night so I'm carrying it today.

Here it is with a piece of elk which I dyed.

I've still gotta go back in and refine some details that I'm noticing outside in the bright sunlight, but it's functional enough to carry.

One of these days I'll successfully drill out the pommel pin on a 100 series Buck, it hasn't happened on the 3 I've done so far but one day I'll get it right.

Caught some fresh baits (Jack Crevalle) and chunked em up with the 110 for shark fishing from the beach last weekend. No luck on the sharks but I guess that's why they call it fishing and not catching!

I bought this 726 Mini Spitfire a while ago but never got around to spending any time with it. I finally realized it was time to rectify that! I think it's a beautifully styled knife and very well made, and I'm enjoying using it. The size is perfect for just dropping into the bottom of my pocket.

Certainly not a rugged choice for use in the field, but one of Buck's takes on the "Businessman's Knife", this 256 Decatur, will ride comfortably in my shirt pocket and handle any office chores.
