It's a beautiful design that shows off nice handle material wonderfully. I have a handful for that reason.

It's too chunky and heavy for me as a user. 0.14" blade stock is around twice as thick as I want for an ideal hunting knife. My knives are only used to cut and a thicker blade is detrimental.

I've got the ugly, utilitarian version with the rubber handle. The 692. It's nice!

I have a quite few. Several I bought with the intent of using and have carried and tried...but it just can't displace my 118, for whatever reason.
Not users...

The other one I’m interested in is the 117 but I don’t know if the handle is too small. I find the mora companion perfect for a handle and the 117 is smaller than that

Thought I lost this one, but I found it in my gun safe under a bunch of papers lol. I did lose the sheath though but my Fenix flashlight sheath works ok.

New to me. I guess I'm just as far behind as Buck is when it comes to the axis/crossbar lock.

Buck knocked it out of the park with this one, and I'm glad to see the Range expanding, even if the Pro is the furthest I'll get to experience.
