Yep, also got mine ordered yesterday. Can't wait to see it!Just got the fixed blade 112 from the BCCI ordered..
There has been many many many times where I passed on a knife I wanted. Some are still on the radar but probably in reality I will never jump.Buck Sprint Ops flipper with blue/black G10 handles was the first knife I saw and actually handled after I got my Blur, my first ever ‘nice’ knife. I had since put it on a few wish lists, but never pulled the trigger on it. Now it’s showing at KC as discontinued, and out of stock at many other big online stores. I certainly don’t need another knife, and (as usual) I had no intentions of buying one right now, as I’ve already blown my knife budget for this year, and most of next year’s on a new telescope. But I can’t let this one go by and risk it being unavailable at that imaginary point in time that I decide is right to buy it. Buck still has it listed in their store, so I decided that time is now and just ordered one. Kinda like the old girlfriend that got away that you get a chance to get back. I know I’ll never see her again, so I gotta grab this knife.

I've put off buying that very knife myself.....Buck Sprint Ops flipper with blue/black G10 handles was the first knife I saw and actually handled after I got my Blur, my first ever ‘nice’ knife. Nice. I would love one of theseI found a decent deal on a 560. Needs a bit of cleaning up, but overall appears solid. I should know if a few days.
So I really wanted to pick up another 112 before the year was out. I picked up a 120 as a Xmas present for someone. I see shipping as wasted money, so I was going back and forth with this and the standard 112 to qualify for free shipping, but ended up grabbing one of these... not a big fan of flippers, but this is a great looking knife and I was afraid it will be soon discontinued.Buck Sprint Ops flipper with blue/black G10 handles was the first knife I saw and actually handled after I got my Blur, my first ever ‘nice’ knife. This knife has become my every day desk knife and constant fidgeter. The action is pretty nice - it might just make you a fan.So I really wanted to pick up another 112 before the year was out. It's always a win... just look at it as an 8 to 10 dollar discount on a knife you were going to buy eventually anyway. I am a believer in delayed gratification. If I see something I like, I take a picture of it and it gets saved in the delayed grat folder on my phone. The minimum I give is 3 weeks. A lot of things stay there longer, but if it's there for 3 weeks I start to strongly consider buying it. some things, like botm I just plan to spend 150 - 200 bucks and it's a bonus to the bank account if I don't end up purchasing.I can't win for losing when it comes to free shipping with Buck. I add knives that I don't need to get free shipping. Then I buy a more expensive knife, but do not add the wish-list knives to keep the cost down, later regretting it. I ordered the Nov BOTM (arrived today!), and did not include my wish-list items.
In the mean time the 110 drop point web special has been in and out of stock lately - a knife I really wanted. The stock looked decent when I ordered the Nov BOTM, so I did not include it. Yesterday the stock was down to 7, then last night 4 then 2. I went ahead and pulled the trigger on it, along with the 722 Spitfire. (The 722 is something I have wanted since buying the 726 mini on a whim.) I did resist buying the Vanguard, which would have meant free shipping. So I spent $8.50 on shipping that I could have saved if I had just added it to my BOTM order...
Ordered last night from Buck: 110 Buck Drop Point Web Special and a 722 Black Spitfire!!!
