Just ordered the new Sog Trident FX in OD green with straight edge. Have been looking for a fixed blade EDC for a change and this one should work for my intended purpose. Tension adjustable sheath sounds like a plus. Liked the folder and hopefully this one will be a favorite.

I normally order a 112 from the custom shop in Jan/Feb, but I am running a bit late this year. I just placed an order in the custom shop, but not for a 112. I ordered a 113 with nickel bolster, s30V blade, ebony scales and a brown sheath. I still may order a 112, just waiting on my tax bill.

I’m waiting for the Alpha Hunter/Scout to come in stock. Spring? They had high hopes for February. Then when that changed they said early March? April or maybe May? They are just building my anticipation and that’s ok by me.
