What Busse's are you using this weekend?

Nice thread Zmbhntr!

I had these out with me this evening, the weather was great here in central Indiana too, despite being forcast for rain. The spring peepers are in full song, it was a very enjoyable evening with the family.

Great looking blades DaKruiser, I love the HG55!

Zmbhntr who made the sheath for your NMFSH? It is awesome

Thanks nemesis! Mark Condos (knifeleather forum name on BF) made the sheath for the NMFSH (there is a better pic of that sheath in this thread http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1371703-NMFSH-leather-sheath-goodness!), he also made the sheaths for my TGLB and CGGBM. I'm a big fan of all of them, and they hold up very well after banging off of trees and such.

Thanks for the info Zmbhntr...... I sharpened up the battle saw and got it ready for a beating this weekend

Although it could be any of these depends on my mood in the morning and what I'm doing that day

Nope I made that one and thank you, I made all the ones in my pick except for the Martin in the black sheath.

Great pictures guys! Really nice work cricketdave.

I can't believe I forgot about my Battle Saw! It has been sitting on my desk all week waiting for me to use it. Yours looks epic stripped!

Thanks! My infi usually goes from the brown truck into the garage for a citristrip bath before it ever comes in the house if I can't get the model I want in satin. It's like a whole different animal without that coating

Dave, I've seen in before in your pics and always meant to ask--can you tell me more about the knife between the TG and the saw-back? It looks great!

That's a Martin surv9 in s35vn 9" blade 1/4" at the spine and one of my all time favorites

I'm getting the Trash-1 and Ratweiler out this weekend....been crazy busy haven't had a chance to get either of these out yet for a proper work out

Lol thanks I think I have 7 or 8 of those sharpeners, one of them is at least 30 years old
Got one ordered after hearing your recommendation, just don't have a sheath that it fits on yet.

I'll get out for a bit with my AMS for sure this weekend, too nice to not be outside.

I'm less than a month from receiving my mce2... Thanks so much for your help and experience with Newt and his amazing knives. Looking at yours makes me excited, your the man Dave

ZMBHNTR, Thanks for the big comparison pic, I had no clue the sarsquatch was that large compared to the TGLB. Great, now I really need a squatch.

Some excellent pics here. Beat on my B8 a bit yesterday prepping wood for a fire and hope to do some chopping with my 1111 & 1311 later today.
