What covers would you like to see from GEC?

Borrowed from another thread, not my pic.

I'm a big fan of Schrade peachseed jigging

I would like to see others like an Autumn Gold Saw Cut, more Elk, Buffalo, Ram's Horn, and of course the peach seed jigging done as in the pic above for the 81, 82, and 66 patterns.

Of course, Imostly would like to see a new run of shields but that is another thread that has already been done a few times. :D

I like what Bark River does with the Pine Cone handles but I'm not much of a fixed blade enthusiast. If this could be done with a pocket knife I would seriously consider getting one. I think it's neat.

O and precious metals. I kinda want a knife in scaled in sterling or coin silver. I did talk to Bill and William Howard about this, but they said itll be easier if I went with post market customizers

More wood variations besides ebony and cocobolo. Burl would be nice but would probably come at a premium.
Ivory micarta would rate high up on my list of desireable covers.

i agree with more woods, the grainier the better. the options trestle pine is putting on their knives, but on gec patterns.

GEC's elk is usually pretty stunning. I wouldn't begrudge an increase there.

That's some pretty peach seed jigging.

I would like to see Ram and Buffalo horn, too. But also some other woods. Tulipwood, Spalted Maple and other burl woods.

A couple from left field:

Wood treated with the shou sugi ban technique. I believe cedar is traditional, but don't know how well it would work as a handle material.

Bamboo: I think this could be really appealing in the patterns that shine with natural micarta.

smooth feathered buffalo horn...

Lightning Strike Carbon fiber....

Smooth ivory bone...

mammoth molar ...

smooth jade bone...

light black camel bone...

black canvas micarta...

gloss piano black...

raspberry red dyed bone...

and a new lightning bolt shield...

I'm with you on the jade. That would be sweet.

If the green sawcut turns out as nice as I hope it will, then I hope to see more of it. I agree with replicating case's red bone. Ivory micarta would be amazing(and recreate the '13 forum knife while your at it). I would also like to see them recreate the smooth autumn bone from the run of 2 blade 77 barlows. That was some stunning stuff!

Really nice. That pattern on a slip joint would be great.

I would like to see them recreate the old Schrade butter and molasses covers.
