What Did You Cut with Your Buck (Yesterday or Today)?

Thanks Jeff, Mav, and Darryl...
It was close to dark outside...didn't notice until this AM.
Note the edge of the bolsters and the "racing stripe" skipping along the side of the bolster by the Golden Eye.
I wept...

Goose those are just character marks... Dont sweat it!
Just proves shes a user! Kinda like a battle scar to show off to your buddies!
Besides those scratches wont get worse, but the knife may get more!
Wait to buff it until she's retired. then they all can go! if you buff it everytime she's scratched It wont have any bolsters left :D
I like it!

Yeah, maybe you're right Yoda Jim. :)
It never bothered me when my brass got messed up on my other 110 and 112 knives. Don't know why this one does so much though.
I think I'll be ok...kine like the first scratch on a new bike.

i hear ya goose , i hate it when nice new stuff gets scuffed too :thumbdn:
but i guess a knife is just a knife
last week i borrowed my brother one of my trucks (best one too) and he smashed it no insurance either
no christmas gift for him this year :thumbdn:

Wheel weights
Hubcaps
Screws
Boxes

Ultimately...it was just too much after a month of abuse. It has been my #1 Garage Knife lately, good 8-10 hours everyday in the shop. Overall knife integrity is still top knotch, no blade play whatesoever after a ton of prying and dropping, etc. The blade is just chewed up.

Wow...that puts things in perspective BM10.
I have always said things are all relative.
That blows about the truck. Hope your brother is ok...short of any damage from you.

Well today I cut a load of boxes up with my 110FG sliced through them with ease. And like I mentioned in other threads... I am gonna smell good for the next few months !

Yesterday, my girlfriend gave me a brand new 10pt Omni Hunter! I used it to open the other X-mas gifts she gave me, and cut the pizza we had later for dinner, as well as slice up the tin of fudge she made for her co-workers.

Taking pics last knife.....wiped finger prints off of a blade
...I slipped and cut two fingers on my right hand....blood
everywhere except on the knives.
