What Did You Cut with Your Buck (Yesterday or Today)?

I push-cut this piece of printer paper 2.5 inches from the hold point. A new record for me. woohoooo!

Correct. Hold the paper sheet in one hand with the paper edge horizontal. Hold the knife blade perpendicular to the paper edge and slowly, gently push down. No slicing motion. The further from the hold point you can do this, the sharper the edge (at least by one definition).

Why just tonight the contents of a can I opened didn't want to come out so I stabbed the bottom (of the can) with my 110 - problem solved. The blade went thru the can like butter. ;)

LOL...
I didn't try to open the can...I just felt this carnal urge to stab it.
Pics to follow...

Goose,
It's nice that you've managed to combine your two hobbies....collecting Buck knives and collecting Span. :D

A year ago I would have done just as well with the ruler as I was doing with the knife.;) I think I'm catching on now though!

Yep. Spam is the "ying" and Buck is the "yang". Both American classics.

Funny that the can is a "signature collection" series LOL. Probably "1 of 1,000,000".

Today I used my 295 with the up-side-down T to cut the plastic rings off of the jars of cioppino sauce and to cut the plastic wrap from the Scallop's, Fish fillet's, Tiger prawn's. I used the AG 110 to cut up the scallop's and the fish fillet's. Bet you 'el never guess what I'm having for dinner tonight.....sure smell's good!!!

John...
I'm heading up to Tracy for a ride. Will hit the delta roads and be over at about 6pm. I'll bring my 701LE to help with the oysters I'll bring.
I drink Bud Light...a six pack should be ok for me....

Thanks John...but ya know I was just messing with you. Would never just drop in. But that cioppino...hmmmmmm...that stuff is da bomb!!! Tempting. Haven't had that for eons.
Bet yours' was flat out awesome!!!!

Earlier tonite I used a 1996 110 BuffCote (Buffalo Buckcote) farily aggresively on some pork shoulders. Cleaned down to the bone and some hits into the bone. No blade curl and still sharp.

I used a Buck 373 to open up a box from the NRA containing it's coffee table book, NRA Instructor polo and hat. The packing tape didn't stand a chance.
