What did you use your SAK for today?

A long night of battling spreader belts. I used my knife to cut the ropes I used to tension the belt.

The 58mm philips driver works perfectly for disassembling a PS3 controller. I thought maybe there would be an issue with the recessed screws, but the little combo philips tool can reach them just fine. 👍🎮

Unfortunately I wasn't able to completely fix the controller. Previously it was completely non-functional and I did manage to get it working, but it still has phantom button presses which I can't resolve.

edit: took it apart again, swabbed it again with a q-tip soaked in isopropyl alcohol, and put it back together again.

Now it's mysteriously working fine? 🤷‍♂️ Whatever, I'll take it. No more phantom button presses, and the controller is now fully functional. The internal battery still works too.
