What do y'all do for a living?

God damn my original post did not age well. So here is an update. After taking GMAT and receiving an unsatisfactory score and some hard soul searching I decided to become a lawyer after all. LOL.. Long story short I am currently in my fourth year of law school (I had to do it part-time in the evenings so I can still toil away as a full-time paralegal so I can support my two kids and pay the mortgage - fun times) - if all goes well and I pass the bar this summer I will become the aforementioned scum of the earth aka Mr. Rich Bottomfeader (a lawyer from Spongebob - his name cracks me up every time). Seriously though, I will stand by my integrity and hope to do good in this world.
Nice! I've got 13 years and 5 days in and only like 70 more to go. Enjoy and good luck on the bar.

Isn't that a bit like working at a KFC??
(Seriously)
When you come home: the last thing you'll be hungry for: is the chicken...

I was a commercial real estate broker specializing in office space in manhattan, covid rendered that unnecessary for a while, but I was lucky enough to pivot, so now I work for a tech company. Starting completely over in your forties is a trip. Been really good though.
