what do you carry with you sebenza

Great thread! I do have a bone to pick with Ikarus however.....before this thread I did not know what a McGizmo light was....now, with my wallet lightened somewhat, I have one on the way! :D I will have to post pics hopefully next week when it arrives with my other edc gear.

Haha, I'm very sorry ;)

Sooo, which McGizmo did you get?

Here are all of mine:
(with my small sebenza in front to make it somewhat relevant :p Also, the 2nd from the left and the second from the right have traded bodies, Don has never made a clicky Mule).

Watch out, these things multiply and eat your money when you're not looking

I picked up a Ti S27-PD. I understand the heads are interchangeable. I would like to maybe pick up a mule head for it if I can get one.

That's a really nice light, feels and looks better than the PD-S imho. Has an even nicer beam too. As long as your pockets are big enough it's one of the very best McGizmo EDC's, Congrats! Pair it with a mule and you have the ultimate EDC combo :D

Finding just a mule head might prove difficult, I think it would be much easier to find a whole mule-PD. Good luck!

I carry a Wenger SAK with locking main blade. I think it's called the Adirondack. I also carry an Arc "AAA" light.

needs a cleanin' huh? :D

is there anywhere conus to get those lummi lights?????

or can someone tell me how much in u.s. dollars the model in the op's pic is?

I'll respond to this one although, technically I do not have a Sebenza, but will have a large Classic w/snakewood in 5 days, and counting. I'll be carrying a Case Gunstock pattern with it, along with a Streamlight Pro Stylus. Got a Fenix coming and will include that or replace the Streamlight with it. Also carrying my Samsung Blackjack. Haven't worn a watch since this past spring when I got a Seiko Orange Monster. It caused a rash on my wrist that took a while to clear up, might be the chromium or the nickle in the band. But then I went back to the Casio G Shock and it caused a rash. Now I just use my Blackjack for my watch. But I'm going to try a Casio again as I have worn a watch since I was a freshman in HS.

Lighthound, Inc. has the Wee models only. It is about $110 for the Raw Ns or Wee Ns. The one in my pic was about $345, because it is Ti and has five blue tritiums.

Great Photos Guys.

Don't have photos, but my daily carry is:

Chris Reeve Large Sebenza 2003 Desert Ironwood Inlays
Montblanc Pen and Pencil Set
Currently a Glashutte Original Sports Evolution Panomatic Date Diving Watch

(sometimes a Glock 19 9mm, if I am leaving base)
and 2 Nokia Cell phones (one a DSN phone and the other a Local Mobile)

RWS, nice combo. what handgun is that?

Wow. I apologize for the late response to your question.

That's a Sig Sauer .45 cal P220 Stainless. No alloys in this one which makes it about 39 to 40 oz in weight....similar in weight to a Colt. Quite a bit heavier than a regular Sig.....Very accurate!

thx!! ive always liked flashlights, but have pretty much bought only surefires, and just recently fenix lights.

i noticed on lighthound it mentions the wee has 50 lumen settings. is that correct? or is it meant to be read as having 50 lumens?

it is a twist activation?

the others on the lummi sight look amazing, i may just pony up for one of the pricier models.

MORIMOTOM:
The Wee is only one level at 50 lumens. I think it may be had at 25, 50, or 80 lumens but runtimes vary, you will have to check theiir site. The Raw has two settings high and low, 160 and 15 lumens. They are both twisty lights.

Nalgene
Surefire E2L
Glock 23
Snow Peak Titanium Flatware
Sebenza of course
Waved Spyderco Civilian
Seiko Kinetic Diver

yes sir I do. Although not in my pockets always. I usually take my T.A.D Gear F.A.S.T. Pack with me. The spoon and fork are usually in the bag along with the Nalgene. Once in a while I'll bring my Case Hobo instead, but I really like the titanium ones.

Sorta off topic but I took my new Sebenza out and replaced it with my BM 610 Thursday night. Had no idea I would miss it that much, so it went back into my pocket this morning, where it will reside for a while, maybe a good long while! Or at least until the Lignum Vitae inlaid Classic arrives in a month!!:D:D
