What Do You Do For A Living?

What was the question? Oh, occupation, right.

Jack of all trades, and Professional MacGyver. They never show up in the occupation box.

Technically, I'm a chef by trade. But I'm gifted with an adaptable mind. Jobs I've had, not in order:
Chef, Sous, butcher, baker (only candlestick hobbiest)
Project manager for a printer
Retail Manager (everyone should work one retail job, and then never again)
Construction Framing
Pen Tester/White Hat hacker. (I got paid to be act like a burglar....cool job)
Maintenance-in-house handyman for a chi-chi salon/spa

Currently, I do mostly reno work and volunteer my cooking talents at a homeless drop-in. I'm proud to say I feed the homeless with same quality standards I have for fine-dining patrons. The most rewarding/fun job I ever had is one I don't get paid for.

I'm a trainer/instructor. I train automotive refinish (body shop) painters how to use the products that the company I work for makes.

Expert in bar code printing, mobile computers and data collection software. I currently work for a printer manufacturer as a field engineer and sales person. I saw one of the previous posters works for RockTenn. I was the project lead for a mobile computer rollout at nearly 70 RockTenn plants over the last two years. I visited almost all of the plants in the process.
