What do you drive?

The AC and power steering weren't really the problem... no airbags was kind of a turn off for my first car. So, even though I'll be sharing this one with the family, now I can take a girl to dinner in style.:D
Good luck with that hot rod, though, those things look really nice once they're finished.

I've never owned a car with airbags, probably never will, so thats never an issue for me. :D

The rod will be a long term project, kids will be on the way soon so most of the parts I'll be recycling from deceased cars at junk yards...real old skool, only the engine/driveline will have all new gear. I dont think it gets better than a well done car from the 30's.

i know i'v already posted, but another pic can never hurt

I really wanted a Fusion w/ leather but they all came with the sunroof option (free "upgrade") so I got a 2010 Mercury Milan instead. Amazing cars.

I was driving a 2000 Chevolet S-10 that had a few problems and was going to cost me more to fix it than it was worth. So last week I traded it and some cash for a 2008 Ford Ranger extended cab, V6, and the best factory stereo I've had in a vehicle! The system also has a 6 CD player, and is the first CD player I have had in a vehicle. Got it full with; Led Zepplin, Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, and Pink Floyd. Now this "old man" be rockin' as he drives around!!

1998 Toyota Vienta (Camry)...has the Quad cam v6 in it, pretty gutsy and drives well for $1000 :D its a temp car till I leave since my other Camry decided it would die after 305,000 km on the clock.

Right now I'm driving a 98 Saturn SL2 that a friend of mine gave me. It's good on gas, and I've only really had to spend money on parts that broke due to age.

My girlfriend's driving a 05 or 06 Tundra provided by her company with over 230,000 miles on the clock. Other than the usual maintenance issues, the truck has been pretty much trouble free, and still gets close to 20 mpg.
