What do you drive?

'02 Accord and Tacoma, plan to drive the wheels off both of them before replacing with more used daily driver beaters. We just look at vehicles as tools, really. Such a waste of money for us to try and have something nice because they wear out so quickly (mileage, other drivers, environmental issues, etc.) We pay cash and drive them till they quit!

Sold my VW and bought something more practical.. I couldn't stand that car any longer.. 190k on the body and 60k on a motor installed last year.. for $2900 I think I got a pretty decent truck.

I'm actually quite impressed with it.

My pride and joy ... 1977/78 Dodge Tradesman 200 with an all-oak sailboat interior build-out. Complete with surf board racks and more space for camp gear, food, water and other provisions than you can shake a stick at. Ready for surf or snow.

how awesome is that? you've done a great job with it. Your area looks so "secured" with all the bars and spiked fences lol.

Hey guys! I'm new here but have been reading and learning from you all for about a year now, I have to share my college grad present to myself: http://www.flickr.com/photos/64008016@N04/5826693988/

Sweet car. I love Mustangs. It's not really "Mine" (Parents own it) but here it is.

2008 Mustang Bullitt edition,#2011 of 7,700. 5 speed, 4.6 liter V8; 315 HP... Since this picture, we got the rear window vents on it.

That's an awesome car man, I remember looking at one after I graduated highschool and dreaming of the day I could get one or something like it

I must be odd, I wouldnt own a mustang older than 1974...after that the style just isnt my thing. :o

2007 CC/SB Duramax, Tuned and lifted
1999 Softail, Chopped all up, Fast and loud
2005 Grand Cherokee Limited, Hemi, Wife's machine

'07 Ford Ranger 4x4 4.0 V6. I love it. About the max size of vehicle that's practical where I live. I was really excited to get the new Ranger with the turbo charged I4 when I get back to the States but then I found out Ford won't be selling them in North America. :( I guess I'll eventually get an F-150 then.

I wanted a 69 Boss 302 more than anything; but with no airbags, power steering, or A/C, (I live in NC, it often gets 100+ in the summer) it wasn't really practical. We were also about to buy a 1973 Mach 1, but it had the same problems.

I had a 1973 hardtop with power steering and AC that I ripped off another car and retrofitted...its actually REALLY easy to do and lots of people do it, but I'm out of classics now and more into the 30's rods (looking for a 1936 plymouth/dodge with guards for my last BIG project).

The AC and power steering weren't really the problem... no airbags was kind of a turn off for my first car. So, even though I'll be sharing this one with the family, now I can take a girl to dinner in style.:D
Good luck with that hot rod, though, those things look really nice once they're finished.
