What do you guys think of this Special 110

Just ordered one for myself also. Bone and NS for that price is sweet! Also got my brother a Buck Special for Christmas since he has been wanting one for a while and I wanted to hit the $100 limit for free shipping.

Oh, and the MiniBuck supply is still there so 2 of those are enroute also. Sweet!

Got mine today, very happy with it! Some grain in the bone that I didn't expect from the pics on the web. However, I like it, makes it look more real to me and natural.

Great deal for me given that it's bone and NS!

Plus, the small Buck locks that came with it was a great kicker!

Overall very happy!

What comes free with them? I didn't see that deal.
I ordered one today and it didn't say anything about a free knife. When I checked out it added a mini-Buck. Not sure what I am going to do with a $6.99 knife, but hey it was free.

The pictures from "mater" pushed me over the edge. I like the color, NS bolsters and the overall look. Not that I need another 110, but that picture showed a really great looking knife. Thanks.

"...what I am going to do with a $6.99 knife..."

You could send it to me, I don't have near enough Bucks :-)

I was under the assumption that this knife was a SMKW exclusive yet I see the same description from my supplier. There description is Buck 110 Silver Script Bone Handles. No pictures, so I don't know for sure that it is the same knife. Maybe Joe or someone can help out here. I sure would like to know.

My knife came today. The 110 looks really good with NS bolsters. One thing that surprised me is the Buck logo is smooth and not raised. I thought it might of been a stick on decal, but on closer inspection, it looks like the logo is imbedded into the bone. That means the logo was masterfully ground into the bone and it is perfect. A nice touch.

I have a lot of 110's, what Buck collector doesn't and I think this might be one of my favorites.

I finally got mine today and I'm really upset!

I'm upset that I didn't order two. I would have gotten the second one for $49.25 instead of $59.99 (because of the free shipping) and I'd have gotten a second free mini-Buck. I just wasn't thinking when I ordered it!
Sorry to bring up a old thread, but I noticed that SMKW has changed the free shipping from $100 to $50, that means if you wanted to get one of these, but didn't want to pay for shipping, now is your time. At least it was $50 order as of today 9/24/09.

As for me, I was FORCED to buy more knives to get free shipping, poor me.:)
