My son is home on leave and did a fantastic job sharpening this for me. The character both the knife and sheath have attained over time make it more attractive.

How about my new D.humpback? As many of you know I lost my last one. The guys at the forge fixed me up with a new one.
I've been packing around the red handled Pygmy for months, but not today.
I had forgotten how nice the Esquire is - nicely contoured handled that fits my smallish to medium hands in a 4 finger wrap comfortably and a great utilitarian blade shape. Really appreciate the high primary grind on this one, too.
Real fine pair. I think I'd really like the Esquire too.
