what folder do you use?

Used to carry a spyderco native 3, but this year my son bought me a G10 Dragonfly which has taken over all EDC folder duties.

I have been edc'ing my Cara Cara for several years now. I love the light weight, the grip, and blade design. I have used this bad boy for things far outside its designed purpose, and it is still in great shape. And I paid $17.99 at the time of purchase, I mean c'mon, how WIN is that?

I've been looking at getting the CS Lawman myself. Really like the looks of that knife.

Cabella's Gerber Freeman in S30V

I also have a Freeman, but it's a folding Freeman. Not in S30V though. That thing is scary sharp. I have always liked it a lot. My CS Recon 1 Tanto is my EDC though. Don't mind beatin on it at all. I was carrying the Gerber Freeman EDC but when my daughter & wife got me the CS R1 for my birthday a few years back, i was kinda obligated, if you know what i mean. Everytime my daughter sees me with another folder in my hand, she always asks where the Recon 1 is !!! LOL :D A little "blade jelousy" going on ??? LOL

It's my RAT 1 that accompanies the BK2 mostly.

The ZT0350CB is more an urban EDC for me as my other SAKs.

I just picked up my first Becker yesterday (BK-2) but as a Campanion (*groan*) folder, I'll probably take along this guy...

Its kung-fu is powerful...

Always, every day for the last 20-some-odd years, carry this Schrade LB3:

Been through a ton of bigger one-hand-opening (tactical, if you must) folders over the years, but the vast majority of the time nowadays is my Bradley Alias I frame-lock in S30V:

Sometimes rotate in either my Kershaw 7000 Breakout or my Kershaw Cyclone:

I also carry some kind of multi-tool, sometimes on my belt, but always in my Jeep or vest or jacket pocket. My favorite (for now) is my Leatherman Juice S2.

I love SAK's and when I see people asking what to get I most often mention a SAK even if it is in combination with something else. If I only have one knife in my pocket I want to have more than just a blade on it.

I currently carry a Wenger Evo S10, I like the fact the blade locks on it.

my dozier hunting folder and sak tinker
course i usually got a machete and other such fun stuff in the truck if necessary

hoping the phase the dozier out for the 11 or 14 actually

My logo'd Vic classic never leaves my Saddleback briefcase unless I'm getting on a plane. That little fella probably gets 85% of my folding knife use.

If I'm oot and aboot, then it's a three-way tie: I've got a Wenger traditional SAK, a CRKT M16-10KT (I love the action and I admit I'm kind of a fan of tanto blades), or a medium tanto point CS Voyager. Usually the latter. I miss the S&W Texas Ranger tanto folder that I left in an abandoned substation; good little beater.

I need to look into multitools and I NEED to figure out how to make this Dozier Knives nessmuk folder appear in my pocket. Holy shit, do I ever want that.

I like the Farmer.

I also have a Kershaw Skyline that is a great knife, but rarely gets carried as I just can't part with my Eskabar. So the Skyline gets carried when I'm wearing dress pants.

okay,

I'll play... well I may have earlier in the thread but lately I've changed it up a little.. I carry my spyderco sage 1 a lot, but have also rotated the a delica 4 ffg, and a buck pro vantage... which btw is absolutely the best value out there.. :D

Just started carrying the Benchmade Bone Collector Axis Lg. in place of my old Stryker. Dad got me the Stryker in '02 I believe and I've carried it since. Both are very strong knives that are quick to open. I'm still trying to get used to the Spyderco style thumbhole and the tip-up carry though.

Orange Kershaw Zing that a buddy gave me a year ago and the same SAK Swiss Champ that I've carried everyday for the last 22 years.

I haven't carried a folder much since I got my BK14, but when I do it's either my Buck Vantage Avid, or my Kershaw Black Scallion. I really like the blade on the Avid.
