What folder would you buy if money was not a problem??

I already have one of the knives on my list, ZT 0561, other then that I want one of John Grimsmo Norseman's.

Bob Dozier Custom.

And ya'll can thank Tdhurl for this thread not getting moved to general.

Honestly....I would rather carry a fixed blade everyday. It's not socially acceptable in an urban environment...makes me sad. I would have my Helle Viking on my belt every day.

No wonder people look at me funny for EDC'ing my BK2 ;)

Thanks for not moving it Moosez

you made Pooh Bear happy!

If money wasn't a problem I would buy 2 of each of the following: hinderer, strider, Chris reeves.

I would keep 1 of each, and give one of each away on BF.:D

I already have a Busse folder. Ranger band on the back makes it an auto. I'm set for life.

Why isn't this one in General again?

Yeah...I want an EX-04. Auto. Made of AdamAnt-ium.....

Oh....perhaps, I should EDIT my Becker photo post so it can get moved?

Because I read Moosez's comment.......and I read it with some snark in it.

Any mod say the word and I'll EDIT no problem. LOL

Man, that's what I get for jumping the......knife.

He wasn't snarking. He was making the point that this has nothing to do with Beckers or the Becker Sub-Forum. Although Bladite also kind of brought it in by mentioning the Hogue which I believe Ethan has said is the closest to what he wanted the Becker Folder to be.

I didn't figure he was snarkin' but I kind of read it that way. Offered up the EDIT nonetheless.

Actually, I'd really love a Green Farmer, but I hear they don't make them anymore.

I'd like a large Sabenza some day.
I know Ethan really admires Chris Reeve's designs.
It would be very hard for me to drop that kind of cash on a folder.
Cool knife though.

P.S.- Thanks Tdhurl!!:D

There is a two part video tour of Chris Reeve shop on YouTube, when you see how they are made its more comparable to fine watch then a knife almost. The cost seems more then justifiable when you need a few million dollars in machines.

what's REALLY cool about that blade is that the folding mechanism and fasteners are made of INFI too.

The EX-04 isn't my style at all, I generally don't go for MEAN looking pocket blades - not enough innate defensiveness or aggression in me for that kind of thing anymore. However the double hollow grind is a very clever way to get the lightening and stiffening effects of a fuller into a blade without adding a separate machining or forging process. Hm.

If cost was not a factor it would be an uncoated Rockstead folder. They are gorgeous, stout, SHARP, but oh my goodness the price tags!!!

I carry a Spyderco Lone wolf waved Endura right now, I'd like to save my pennies and get myself a Sebenza 25 to replace the Sebenza I sold years back.

Strider AR or GB as a work folder
