I'm still rockin the Buck Vantage Pro almost daily. If I need something smaller, I've got a CB and Damascus Leek that I'll pop in for a change of pace. I lost the Buck for about 2 months and tried some replacements that I had sitting around (Thermite, Injection 3.0, Cryo) and was thrilled when I found the Buck again.
 
Well I never really had a "real" pocket knife, I've always had some type of multi-tool so I finally broke down and got these 3, now I want more... I wife called me a horder last night, LOL. I think I have a knife fetish problem... :rolleyes:

Tell your wife that your fetish isn't too bad ;). I just counted the number of bladed tools I have on me and in my EDC bag......12 lol.

I'll admit it...I love knives and some people say I have a fetish or "problem". Personally the only problem I think I have is not enough money for more knives ;)

I finally did an entire EDC dump :D Not pictured is my phone, rain jacket, hydration bladder in the bag.

So far so good after the first 'real' day of carry I've had with it :thumbup:

Took a picture with it in the morning on my way to work for the EDC thread :D. Opened all the letters at the office today. Got a compliment from one of the truckers as I was using it to remove some shrink wrap from a pallet. Cut up some diaper boxes for recycle. Cut some paper and shaved some hair.... whittled a little with it in the garage to feel for hot spots... I have to say I like it. Love the feel and the balance. The ergonomics work nicely flor me. Feels great in every fencing grip. Its just as smooth as my 0801. I'm having a hard time deciding which I like better between the 0562 and 0801, more testing will be required :D

Truthfully I never really liked the 0560. Personally, I didn't like the weight distribution while open. I felt it a little too blade heavy and I didn't like the feel of the grip (in my hand). The kvt is really smooth on the 0560 but is so much better on the 0562 and 0801. I feel like because of the width difference the 0562 is closer to the 0566 in feel. I like the extra length the 0562 has over the 0566. I completely agree that the 0562 is a huge improvement over its predecessors :thumbup: With this my hunt for the perfect folder is pretty much over. Between the 0562 and the 0801 I got my perfect pair :D
 
I'll have to try out the 801. Never held one before.

In other news I got this in today. Decided I'd finally see what all the fuss was about. PM2:

Been carrying my HK Scorch D/A auto....'cause it doesn't look like an auto (scale release) and it's a shitload of fun to play with. Even opens pretty good with just the thumb stud. I wish I could've found one without serrations, but this is a user and I didn't feel like shelling out the clams for new.
