What happened to the m4 military?

Did roger start to contact anyone to let them know they are getting one?.. i know he just took it down today so i thinking he is going through the list now.

Yeah it'll be my first Millie, figured if I was gonna do it, might as well do it right. Only other one I'm really hot after is the S90V version. Patience :cool:

Aromatic....he confirmed with me with a day or so of placing my request/order in. Dunno if he will re-confirm until they arrive at KW.

They are still 4 months or so out. I'm sure he won't contact anyone until he gets them and it is time to be paid. After he goes through the list and finds out who can't afford it/ backs out then he will contact the people that got on the list late after it was full.

There is still a third of a year wait.

oh i'm already on the list. i think i got on around the 1st of dec. dont know if that was late or not.. if someone know let me know.... when he sent my confirmation he said .............

I've added you to the list., But this will not guarantee you will get one until we get a good count which will be after the 1st of Jan.

so i didn't know if i'm acually getting one or not.. people who signed up after me just got a your on the list response.

this is the first spyderco that really stood out to me... i hope i acually get one.

Release date is still May as far as i know.
 
FWIW, I sent my request to Roger at 6:33pm on 11/21/09 and recieved the following response from Roger at 7:39pm 11/21/09...

Kinda sounds like he changed up his message for some of you that reserved one a bit later, saying you *might* get on the list. I got the same message as crankitup, that merely said he added me to the list *shrug*
 
AFAIK, there's the list, and there's the list to get on the list (the waiting list). Some people have confirmed seats on this flight, and the others are flying standby. The message below sounds like standby, but I'm not Roger.

what's weird though is people who sent in their email in days after me got regular replies. IDK we will see

if he kept the preorder page up until last week i think i'm safe to say i'm prob going to get my hands on one.

I'm not Roger, and I had to pawn my crystal ball ;) but based on having been on prior similar offerings sponsored by KW, I'd bet you're right. A lot can change in five or six months. I wouldn't worry too much.
 
Perhaps this has been asked already but does anyone know if these will be numbered 1-500 or 1 of 500, 2 of 500, etc?
 
No numbers. Roger is going to ask for a tiny dep.(like $10.00 non refundable) soon to weed out those who are not 10% serious. This might help those on the back up list.
Its over sold and will be limited to one per customer. I have been waiting a looong time for this one.......
Close to a year so far........;)
