What is a sharp knife to you?

push cutting printer paper is all I need. used to go for a bit more, but lost patience in it, and really don't need an edge like that.

I'd like to one day shave with my pocket knife or camp type knife, but it's not high on my priorities.

I'll take a little more time if I'm going to be whittling with the blade.
