What is HOLY GRAiL knife for Buck Collectors?

If I can be sentimenal it would be my late fathers (8 years ago this week) , he loved bucks as much as we all do, always had this on his belt in the ratty sheath(even under a suit at weddings or funerals lol), he never had the patience for sharpening them but he used the ones he bought. I still carry it a few days a week ( if it could only talk).

pjsjr..One made quite a splash on Facebook about 6 months ago. So much of the earliest information on the 110 has disappeared as the folks who knew passed..

Only vintage "Grail" Buck for me that I can think of off hand is a 110 Fixed blade, made in 1955, my birth year.
My chances of obtaining one, however, are significantly less than my chances of riding my Miami Sun (traditional) adult trike to Mars, or walking (or riding said trike) from Idaho to Maine in an hour or less.

Modern "Grail" has been the 103, since about 1969/1970 when I first saw it Advertised in 'BOY'S LIFE' magazine, I think it was.
I always seemed to "need" something else more, and never bought one.
Since my hunting days are over now (possible exception: the 🤬🤬🤬 garden eating chucks that reside under the facility's 40' storage container, using a .625 caliber blowgun/blowpipe/blow stick.) it would be rather stupid of me to get one at this point in my "life".

afishhunter a man can always use a good knife to go thru life's journey..
