What knife have you gotten the best deal on lately? I made a good trade earlier today at the shop, trading two NIB Case Trappers to a guy for a Valor Bali, an Italian Stilletto, old Puma lockblade, and a small assortment of Ulster, and Old Timer pocketknives. After that I had a guy trade me an old Case fixed blade, and a Kershaw Black Horse for a NIB S&W S.W.A.T. Tell me about your deals.

Best deal in a while would have to be the Phrobis M9 in Mint condition for $150.00 on ebay. Other auctions for Mint Phrobis M9's were going for near $350.00 over the next couple of days.

The seller was really strict on his payment terms so no one would bid, lucky me

i just ordered a Cold Steel Recon Tanto (Factory Second) for $57 including shipping. we'll see how good a deal that is once it arrives though.

$49.99 for a REKAT Pioneer II from Mike Turber.

Tangstamp had a grab bag of SAK's for $25. He was a pleasure to deal with and gave me enough stuff to keep a Boy Scout troop happy

Mini socom 1/2 sereated manual for $50!!! The clip was off but included. 2 nearly unseeable nicks by liner lock. Microtech is on my way to work, put the clip on in 2 minutes & no charge!!!

I got a couple of the new Benchmade mini TSEK linerlocks with g10 handles and GIN-1 blades for $45 apiece. This is a LOT of knife for the money! It has replaced my Calypso Jr. as my daily carry knife. Benchmade has got this model down pat, and ground the blade very thin. No wobble whatsoever and perfect lockup.

I jumped on the recent $29 Spyderco Goddard lightweight offer from SMKW. Once the knife arrived, I realized it's too big for my tastes. I was able to trade it to a fellow knife knut for a plain-edged, lightweight Endura in ATS-55.

Benchmade mini-AFCK from Bayou Lafourche for 52 bucks!

Fellow forum memebr Chiro75 replaced the scales on my mini fang and even polished the blade and adjusted the sheath. All for the price of materials only. Super guy.

The first knife was probably used to cut stuff.

A straight handle Busse Steel Heart on ebay for $325. Used the buy it now option

I was at a garage sale and saw a knife by a maker named Loveless...it was a pretty hunting knife with a picture of a naked lady on it. It looked like it was in brand new condition. The owner wanted $25 for it buy I talked him down to $20. I then went home and started to practice knife throwing with it against an oak tree. Sort of screwed the knife up real bad but what the hell, it was only $20.

I'm lying my ass off.....

I bought a Loveless at a gun show from a junk table. The sheath was beat up real bad and the tip of the knife had been broken off. Someone had taken a file to the blade to put a new tip on it.

$125.

Mr. Loveless was happy to restore it to like-new condition and told me that he had a buyer who wanted to offer me $1,200 for it.

Of course I still have the knife.

Cold Steel Peacekeeper I with a chewed up handle at a gun show for TWO dollars. Installed a rosewood grip with a brass hilt and buttcap. Looks much better than new. Not only my best knife deal ever, but one of my favorite knives as well.
