What is the 'best' flipper you have-or are familiar with

By far the best I have seen are those made by Ray Laconico. Incredible flipping action, and true artistry. He's a perfectionist. Good luck finding one for sale...although I know he is taking some to Blade.

For monstrous ability, nicest I have had was the Grayman Satu. Honorable mention to ZT301, which I will have for sale shortly.

For modest sizing, Hinderer xm-18 3.5" with a runner up to ZT350

801CF is hard & fast
Kershaw Tilt is smooth, but not quite as heavy detent
0560 is a close 3rd

The most fun is my zt 301 - it comes out so fast and hard it kicks back a bit of recoil.....awesome, but not always practical for edc purposes.

Sam Eddleman's mini gladiator has been my best flipper.

The spyderco domino is a very good production flipper hands down superior flipping action over the Southard Spydie edition.
The ZT 801 is an amazing tactical flipper for the money.

I have these, plus a Boker Kwaiken, not pictured. EDC carry? Probably the Domino or the ZT. IMO.
