What is the perfect hunter?

Really enjoying this display of fine hunters - great stuff across the board.

I'd go anywhere why any of these two knives. They have skinned dozens of deer, hundreds of ducks, and what have you. One is D-2, the other 440V. Both by Tony Bose. Best knives I've ever used.
