And you say its problem, but its not for cold steel recons somehow, clips have letters, all of them are black so you're wrong on that.

Look, if it was called the Kershaw Invisible Sentry Killer and had white stencilling, then even then it is not being misleading. Knife names are not what the knives are. They are just cool things to call the knives.

It's not like they are called the Kershaw Knife.

You want an all black knife...get a sterile knife.

Agreed, I don't know why they would make knife all black and then lizard the clip with white. You're on the right track, let me know what you find.

Remember, in order to do this properly, you also need to blackout the cutting edge as well. Most people forgot this, or they forget to re-blacken the edge after cutting something. If knife blades were made out of a black material to begin with we wouldn't have this problem.

Some ceramics are black I think you are onto a solution here you need to make a knife with a black ceramic blade, black g10 handles, because its not tactical enough if it isn't g10, with a black clip probably cerekote the clip to make sure it won't wear easy has to stay black.

OP. Firstly, if you actually needed a totally black knife for silent killing, then you wouldn’t be posting here at all. Secondly, if you did, you’d just slap some burnt cork/camo paint/soot/whatever before using it in your covert assassinations. They aren’t going to get an infection from the coating before bleeding out. :rolleyes:

Finally, once the knife is in your hand, who is going to see the bloody pocket clip? Or do you have miniature hands? Non issue to end all non issues.

Ha! Everyone knows s.o.p. for taking out sentries from behind is to stab the kidney while covering their mouth, then slash the throat to prevent the sentry from alerting others. Oops, I replied to the wrong post, sorry!
