What is the ugliest knife you know of?

Man, some of the knives on this thread are beyond my comprehension. I can't believe that some people actually thought that these designs merited production. It just blows my mind.

You stated that point so well I have nothing to add to it. I simply agree!

deathshead,

Congratulations. Nice catch. It is simply hideous but my vote goes to an other Frost Cutley model, the Sting Razor I. It can be seen here.
That is one awful ugly brutish knife...........yikes!

Sorry guys, almost anything Spyderco. I know they are great knives, but I just can't handle the look. Kind of why I don't own any Glocks.

I hated glocks too ,untill I got to shoot one; then I fell in love with them. I hate those cheep looking fantacy knives

You're not kidding. I cannot even think of a good use for that knife except good jokes.

What on earth would you even cut with that thing?

The teeth are just too big to do anything and the rest of the blade is worthless too. What's up with the weird opening hole and the humps above it? Like those do anything.

I can only laugh when I think someone actually producted this. :D

I can just see the designer's boss saying, "It's good, but not great, how about you add more bumps and squiggles?"

Hahahahaha!

Guys, that's no opening hole...it's clearly the knives eye. Seriously, it looks more like a crazy action figure than a cutting tool.

I would call it crap, but what beast could crap out something that looked that bad. It would literally be an insult to fecal matter.

And it would hurt like hell too.

Glad to see this thread revisited! I would lie to see this thread go in a slightly different direction. It would be great to see real knives that people love and use that are hideous looking.
Mine vote would fo the REKAT Pocket Hobbit. I don't have one but would actually love one. Great knife that looks ugly as hell.

This knife reminded me of one of my favorite threads. This knife was made to be useful in many ways, but it doesn't look like it will be useful in any of them.
Enjoy.

WTF is that?

The old REKAT Pocket Hobbit.

That was a very good knife. It had a strong lock and it was design so that in the event of a lock failure a dull section of the blade would make first contact with your hand. It is too bad that more folders aren't designed this way.

Well, the current trend seems to be the use of flippers and finger choils for lock failure protection. I think that the flippers provide better opening, the choil provides better control, but both of them seem to provide a good answer to the problem. Sorry, a little off topic.
