I hate large trappers the second blade is all in the way for a decent grip .
I love large trappers with one blade.


While I'm on the subject of Trappers I hate the Urban Trapper; handle way too skinny !
I love the Urban Trapper; after I put a nice full figured and grippy handle on the sucker !


Here is how thin they are originally; two Urban Trappers on the right (one on the left).
Actually I love the thin ones too . . . can be carried in shirt pocket !


I hate the Cold Steel Pendleton Hunter in 3V; the blade is way too thick !
I love the Cold Steel Pendleton Hunter in 3V; after I reduced the blade thickness by more than half !



I hate the Manix, the blade shape, the weird handle, the awful stiff ball lock even the S110V !
I love the Endura I traded the Manix for; the blade shape, the handle shape, the Green FRN, the ZDP-189 and the easily operated back lock and drop action of the pivot !
Well a guy can't fix every damb thing.



Finally . . . I hate the Cold Steel Ti Lite IV . . . it has that useless thick staby blade !
I love the Cold Steel Ti Lite IV after I ground the blade full flat to 1.9mm !
Shown in photo above bellow the Endura.

And if that isn't enough I hate orange handled knives like this Delica; especially orange handled knives with really excellent HAP-40 blade steel !
I love really excellent HAP-40 blade steel especially when I put it in my black FRN handled Delica!
A little blade shape mod for a cherry on top. At least this time I didn't have to grind it thinner. It's PLENTY thin !

Oh ya and I hate the Spyderco Police in that slick heavy stainless steel handle with the ho hum blade steel.
I LOVE the Spyderco Police with the grippy G-10 handle with very skeletonized steel liners for lightness and the to die for K390 nicely heat treated blade steel ! ! ! ! ! !
