What is your workhorse blade?

My most-used knives (outside of the kitchen crew) at the moment:

Top is an infi Straight handle Badger Attack, bottom a Steel Heart Ergo. I never leave home in the Jeep without them!

My god - a choil-less Badger - Excellent!

That one is worth it - I'm sure of it ;)

Well, there is a small one, to be sure!

Just big enough to make it easy to use the edge there for a firesteel...:D

Hi all,

My 2 most used blades when out in the woods are my
MEGA One Zero and my Leatherman Wave. As seen in this pic.

With these 2 items I built the wooden chair I am sitting in.

I love my Wave for opening cans and making holes in the sides of them cans
like in this pic

so later on I can hang that can from my swinging pot holder over my fire for some hot coco:D like in this pic for my Sweety and I.
This pic shows the tin can over the fire

and this pic shows my tin can out of the fire

Even though I carry a smaller 1-0 on my belt as seen in the pic with me holding my MEGA 1-0 and my Wave as I am sitting on my chair. For my wood cutting,brush/trail clearing, wood spliting and whitling, fuzzstick making, striking my fire steel, so I can get my fire going and cutting poles and string for setting up my shelter. My MEGA 1-0 is the knife I use the most.

Now the Smaller 1-0 on my belt is just a very nice back up to my other 2 most used tools when out in the woods:D

I like that big one of yours Bryan. Even the guards - I think of it as a big 'ole pig sticker. Some day I'm going to order one of those puppie's from you and test out Mistwalkers guard/finger hold technique. I still have a few more buddies I need to patronize on the knife buying first though ;)

Hi Ken, Thanks I love the slanted guards and when you are ready for one of these puppies lol just let me know.
