Can you guys believe that I haven't known about Busse for even a year yet. And yes, I do have more then one knife :-) It doesn't matter what you call it, a family, a cult, an addiction. It's about a great knife and a great bunch of people within. Sure ever now and again, there are a few that step out of line but everyone lets him/her know it nicely and move on. I don't think there is anything else like it or even close to it in the entire knife industry. There is a great sense of belonging to a group of people and we could be miles apart, and lots of times not even in the same country, and we all have one thing that brings up together. To share what we have with each other, weather it's what we are having for dinner, or how to best sharpen our blades. We help those new to INFI with what we can. Yes, I do sell Busse, but did you ever think about how much pleasure it is to help someone find a knife they they have been dreaming of for a long time. When they get it, I get an email letting me know how much they appreciate it, and how much they love their new knife. Lots of use sell the ones that we no longer appreciate as much but see them off to better HOGS that will love them more...
No, it's not all lame, it's also a challenge to try to get the lowest number on the limited editions, trying to find the impossible rare ones. It's a little bit competitive. It's not something we collect, it's how we live :)

"it is a lifestyle based on the knowledge that you posses the toughest tool for the job, backed up 100.00%. The ego boost has helped piolits will dog fights and helps us each win a better conclusion to everyday.

Sometimes, you have to dig deep...maybe too deep in this instance... :)

Here goes;

“INFI Hog(s)” ~ a descriptive tagged to individuals with a common interest (or obsessive gluttony) in Busse Combat Knives and their proprietary steel, INFI. Typically labeled as a brotherhood, this group is akin to the term infinite; without bound or end and as such, is driven by honor, integrity and above all else fellowship.

To be an INFI Hog is to abide by these simple set of rules and to embrace the motto - ‘No Regrets’.

…It’s not just about the steel…

But you have to admit; it sure is Kick Ass!!!

INFI HOG - Brothers for life, Steel for Life.

Or is it really about the cheesecake? ;) Maybe... :)

Being a HOG means you’ve entered a new world order whose vocabulary of choice is the acronym, where one day there will be a Busse blade symbolic of every image, every thought conceived on Earth, like some universal oriental tapestry, telling the story of every man, of one man, of a society of peerless peers, whose incantations whisp across the universe far into eternity, evidencing an ancient time of flesh-and-blood mortals who lived and died, and of their beveled leaves of magic steel. Even after all the radiant dust billowed and blown by the thermonuclear terminus of their masters has settled, these magic blades surely will remain, ready, waiting out eternity, in case their masters dance up from glowing graves in need of knives. There WILL be INFI. No Regrets. Two Weeks. INFIdom Fidelis.

Never so much as the INFI experience has humbled me, madam Shaman. Thank you for your sweet, resonant refrain. ;) And thanks to you, too, spiderman of steel.

The meaning can not be described,you just know when you get the first one in hand.
